EARL GREY
A blend of Darjeeling and ceylon teas and strong and coloury liquors, delicately flavoured with the essence of Bergamot, a small citrus fruit. Originally from China…Strong and distinctive.

DARJEELING
The darjeeling leaves are usually broken and have a light red to bright gold colour in the cup with a hint of wildflowers and muscat. Recommend to be served with milk or lemon.

GUNPOWDER GREEN
Extremely popular in China and Japan. Tightly rolled balls of green tea that look like pellets, hence the name. A pale green coppery colour after infusion with a pungent and unique flavour. Recommended with most meals…..Light and astringent.
